Information processed

We process your account email and display name, password hash managed by WordPress, website configuration, encrypted Google service-account credentials, aggregated GA4 reports and subscription identifiers. Stripe handles payment-card entry on its hosted checkout; Trenscope does not store your full card details. Contact-form submissions are emailed to the operator.

Purposes

Information is used to provide the subscription service, authenticate accounts, retrieve authorized reports, manage payments, answer requests and protect the service. Service delivery relies on our contract with you; security and abuse prevention support legitimate interests; legally required records are retained to meet legal obligations.

Providers

Hosting providers process stored application data. Google supplies Analytics reports and verifies service-account access. Stripe and its Managed Payments providers process transactions under their own notices. Provider processing locations and transfer safeguards are governed by the relevant agreements. We do not sell your analytics data.

Retention and controls

Configuration and credentials are retained while your account remains active. Report caches and authentication tokens expire automatically. You can remove websites and credentials or delete your profile when your subscription has ended. Deleting your profile removes its saved application settings and credentials; already-created temporary caches expire, and payment or legal records may be retained separately as required.

Cookies and browser storage

WordPress authentication cookies maintain your session. Browser local storage remembers your dashboard layout and filters. Trenscope itself does not add an advertising tracker or analytics tag to your monitored websites.

Optional YouTube tutorial

The Help page loads its YouTube player only after you choose Load video. Loading it connects your browser to YouTube, which receives technical information such as your IP address and processes playback under its own privacy policy. You may instead use the direct Watch on YouTube link.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact the operator using the address above. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
