Service and eligibility

Trenscope provides a browser-based dashboard for authorized Google Analytics 4 data. You must have authority to access every connected property. Unlimited websites means no numerical limit on saved sites; API quotas, server capacity and reasonable use still govern update frequency. Automated abuse, credential sharing and attempts to access another customer’s data are prohibited.

Subscription and payments

The advertised plan is €9.99 per month, recurring until cancelled. Stripe checkout displays applicable taxes and the final total before purchase. Managed Payments purchases are handled by Stripe’s merchant-of-record arrangement when enabled for this product. Sales are restricted to the 37 countries shown in our footer.

Cancellation and refunds

Stop renewal in Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required. Refund requests may be submitted through the payment provider or Contact Us. Mandatory consumer rights, applicable withdrawal rights and payment-provider rules prevail over these terms; no blanket exclusion of statutory refunds applies.

Your credentials and data

You are responsible for protecting your account and for providing valid, authorized Google credentials. Do not publish transfer files containing private keys. You can revoke service-account access in Google and remove credentials in Trenscope.

Accuracy and availability

Reports depend on Google’s collected and processed data, permissions and API availability. Reporting gaps, consent settings, filters, thresholding and sampling can affect results. Demo data is fictional. Moving averages, angles, crossovers and bullish/bearish descriptions summarize historical traffic and do not predict results or provide investment advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost traffic, business interruption or decisions made using trend signals. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability arising from fraud or other non-excludable conduct.

Suspension, changes and disputes

Access may be suspended for unpaid subscriptions, unlawful use or threats to service security. Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required. Applicable mandatory consumer law and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Contact us first to seek resolution of a problem.
